You can learn a lot of new skills and grow with the company. You could get access to planning, design, development, etc, all different kind of areas in start up.
Cons
It requires enough agility and ability to complete tasks quickly in a limited time. As in the first stage, many task need high creatively effort, without traceable precedent.
