Pros - tons of autonomy, incredible digital health and health system logos to work with, super fun, kind, and supportive team

Cons - fast paced startup environment with some chaos, have to be comfortable being a self starter with a mentality to take ownership without direction. Not necessarily a con, just be aware there is not a playbook handed to you. You create it.
