Cons - fast paced startup environment with some chaos, have to be comfortable being a self starter with a mentality to take ownership without direction. Not necessarily a con, just be aware there is not a playbook handed to you. You create it.
Wonderful people and culture along with constant learning. Folks are working hard and having fun making a positive impact on clinicians everyday lives!
