Your advice to management comments are extremely concerning. At Monarch Movements we pride ourselves on having a very supportive and nurturing working environment where we assist and encourage the people we work with to reach their full potential. Our management team also operate an open door policy to make communication easy. It's evident you had some personal struggles and it's really unfortunate you felt like you didn't have the support. We operate a tried and tested, extensive three stage interview process because we are committed to transparency.
