Pros
Would I recommend the company? Never. There is so much potential, and it breaks my heart to be leaving, but enough is enough. The only good thing to highlight is the recruitment process. They know what they are doing and are happy to be your first point of contact once you start. However, they have an impressive way to sell the company, even though the team is falling a part, again due to poor management. Something you would never sense or see before you start.
Cons
Constant burnouts, ridiculous high and ureachable targets, poor management who is looking away, and a junior HR ops team who doesn’t know what they are doing while leading important projects. But hey, can’t blame them for being in important positions. Only Their manager for not leading them correctly. My time there has shown me how people in high positions can act or at least think they can act when it goes down and hits the fan. No support is to be found, and when things aren’t going in the right direction, you will be overwhelmed with blame, also for things you have absolutely nothing to do with. Again, no one from management are stepping up and taking accountability, why should they? They are captured in a culture, where it’s okay to throw people under the bus and never look at the real issue. Themselves. An advise to pass on, sure.. Dear C-level, look around. How do you actually see things? When someone is finally speaking up. Listen to them. Act on it before it’s too late, and before they are forced to stay quiet and eventually leave the company. The values you promote is definitely not supported by the actions behind the scene.
