      A very diverse company with great culture

      Cons

      They started operations in India, but they neglect it. Management do the hirings and terminations as per their mood and HQ won't take any action on that. Messed up, confused management all over the place.

      Pros

      The company serves an important role in providing an open source product for free. There is a strong community of users that collaborate to extend the product and make it better for everyone.

      Cons

      The salary for learning designers is low. There is not a large pool for qualifies Moodle admins. For this specialized skill, I would expect a higher salary.
