Incompetent manager - Server/Bartender Motel One Employee Review

F&B Manager doesn’t know anything about the bar, the recipe, always absent and taking months of vacation, leading the bar team (only 2 person) to all the responsibilities like orders, inventory, and stuff like that. She is sick every other days and when it comes to work in the late shift she goes in the office doing some paperwork leaving us alone. Really bad because our Hotel Manager is amazing, taking care of us and of the work she doesn’t do!! The reason why I left!
