Pros
Some great, talented people with diverse perspectives. Had the chance to work on interesting projects that challenged me and expanded my knowledge & skills.
Cons
Divisional structure creates infighting or decisions where availability outweighs suitability. Communication can be inconsistent, with mixed messaging from leadership. Traditionally people focussed, now feels very American (utilisation focussed) Senior management appear busy, and work doesn’t always flow effectively to all levels. Very process oriented and risk averse - winning small to medium jobs becomes very hard.
