Pros

Walking distance to LRT station

Cons

It’s been almost a year since I left this company, but the experience still lingers with me. and I don’t want others to walk in blind. The interview? Sweet and convincing. They promised everything. all the right things to get you to say yes. But once you step in, it’s a completely different story. None of those promises were real. Work-life balance? Doesn’t exist. You’ll be expected to submit a daily end of day report (every single day), which felt like extreme micromanagement. During office hours, you’re overloaded. After office hours? You’re still expected to work late into the night from home. It’s exhausting. The workload is insane. Everyone in the execution team ends up doing multiple roles. I’ve seen an intern working as a full blown content creator handling content execution, video shooting, editing, client servicing, and even strategy planning for multiple clients. How is that okay? Management? Two-faced. They may pretend to care, listening to your concerns and offering comforting words but don’t expect any real change. The next day, they’ll be back to pushing unrealistic demands and completely ignoring your workload. They don’t care about your capacity, only about results. Unrealistic KPIs with no real support. They say they’ll guide you to meet your KPIs, but even if you pour your heart and soul into the work, it’s never enough. You’ll always be made to feel like you’re falling short. If you value your mental health, time, and personal boundaries, this company is not for you. But if you’re curious or feel like testing your limits, feel free to give it a try just know, for me, it became the worst professional experience of my life.

Pros

- Most of the people are friendly and nice - Free snacks - Learning opportunities are many

Cons

Some of the managers' leadership are borderline terrible, I'm not convinced that they are trained properly nor are experienced nor if I could recommend others to work here as a permanent staff. Even as an intern I'm forced to go into OT. Also no good work laptop for new hires that even the employees highly recommend to use your own personal laptop instead

Pros

Options for Hybrid working instead of on site

Cons

Saying you have no work-life balance is an understatement, they literally want you to wake at 8am, work till 10pm and repeat the cycle on weekends. Basically you will be a machine. The staff's feedback that 4 people resigned in the role in the past year should have been the reddest flag already. Please if you value growth and leadership that is actually good and recognises your work. This is NOT the place for you. Take the other reviews to heart.
