- You will be manipulated in any way and there is not equal treatment among the employees. Therefore (almost) everyone is titled as "Software Designer". - The inequality and no equal treatment among employees, - The hypocrite boos, - The politically ill-mannered CEO who can say anything depending on the mood and requirements for "how to manipulate", for instance, the CEO can literally say "we dont allow chinese employees have access to our high secure labs" to convince the people with high concerns regarding correct handling of their data, data security. Simply discrimination, but meanwhile there will be a chinese employee of him in the very next room/lab working. - The company has been build on the sholders of dozens of people working at customer sites, 1-3 years, where all the money has been incvested to a product that you can see in company wesite, but all those people has been outlisted with a fine trick of "insolvensy" story, a sneaky manipulation of even legal authorities with a framed insolvency/bankrupcy. - A so called "new" company is estublished on the inheritence and labor of dozens of people of several years where the CEO has only hired his cherry-picked Ace-Team(some of the are in management team of the "new" company, literally characterless guys, just as hypocrite as the CEO), Imagine that "new" company is same as old, except for a WORD dropped from the official name of the company, "MyOmega Systems GmbH", just to get rid of legal authorities, where the rest of amplem and even website of company is same. Plus kicked off people who has not been paid for their salaries, overtime, vacations, EVEN TRAVEL EXPENSES laying back 10-12 months before rise of "insolvency". - The "new" company has been there since the very next day of old one, but no finantial problems even though there are no visible incomes, that rises several concerns. - Hire juniour test engineers and assign them to do seniour developer tasks with irrational time-windows, then public harashment and yelling at people for not completing their tasks. - The very same ill-manared donald trump speaking 5 days of a day in the stund up meetings where he satisfy his ego and megalomania desires. - The Greek branch of the company, based in Athens, was under full control of Nürnberg branch, where really huge number of employees has been terrible affected from the issues, especially finantially.
