Ability to grow. Allowed creativity and space to develop new ideas and products. Provided with support and guidance when needed. Supported throughout the company. Great people, probably the best people and community.

A small company, fast growing, start up environment, BUT changes do take time to happen inside the company. Culture is not the best, but is it improving.

The facility is clean. The facility is quiet (see below for exception).

The company is perfect if you like selling Widgets at a Widget Factory for Mr. Widget. There's no culture, little sense of teamwork and people don't really seem to want to be here. I've heard cursing in the hallway, which was nice to hear coworkers interact, but it was a little aggressive and distracting when I am just trying to make the Widgets so I can clock out.
