Toxic culture. No loyalty to its people. The majority of people who work at Myco are unhappy. The “leadership” group, in contrast, is very happy. The majority of “leadership” “works” offsite, knows little about the company and products, and are extremely rude and offensive. Leadership is more concerned about how to spend company money on travel, parties, alcohol, and outsourcing their few responsibilities, than they are in improving their products and profits. Lots of favoritism. No commercial strategy. Poor and ineffective products make those who represent them look bad. Positive reviews are fake.
