Pros

Free fruit and nice office location if you don’t mind paying for parking each day. I cannot think of many more?

Cons

Middle management lead by fear, performance improvement plans are the norm for most just so that they have a quick exit strategy and staff rarely last longer than a year. There is one manager in particular who had a great track record for losing staff, CH has a history of call centre management for those who are fresh out of school and ready to be brainwashed and has carefully introduced that culture into NCC over the last 4 years. If you don’t know any better then maybe it won’t be so bad, take the risk if you have a plan B when you accept the job offer (which by the way is ALWAYS given ;)
