Change is often and poorly executed Strategy is very poorly executed and has changed 4-5 times in my 2 years Target is provided too late in financial year - target is given 3-6 months into the financial year Target changes on the regular Management isn’t supportive Too many processes to enable an account Manager to get proposals out Lack of solution architects in turn resource is over loaded Target high (which is ok) however the business does not support you to enable you to hit it Quoting process very poor and long can take weeks to get a quote back from QA then prospect has gone cold There are a couple of employees that are treated like God and get away with not following guidelines yet management overlook this Hierarchy is old school Do not value employees Management in it for themselves Very male orientated Maternity and paternity scheme is well below average Change is very very slow
