      Pros

      I've been really happy with the benefits here. I'm saving so much money each month on Vision, Dental and Health insurance, as it's no cost per month except for my spouse. Our 401K match vests immediately, so it's been great to see that number grow and grow. Lots of time off & flexibility with working remotely.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a major con at this time.

      Great upside, communication and leadership. Pay is great as well.
