Pros

NCC Group are great at developing their employees and giving young professionals a shot at roles which may require significantly more experience elsewhere. In some parts of the world (e.g. the Danish office, there was a true sense of unity, team spirit and family-feeling).

Cons

- Too many "yes-men". Senior leadership struggle to understand the underlying problems of the business as they are mostly told what they like to hear by their direct reports. - Too much politics, as a result of too many stakeholders with ability (and desire) to block progress for their own gain - Silos across departments and borders - some departments actively try to sabotage others - Culture of underpaying their people - resulting in employee churn and the hiring of people who are not qualified for the job at hand
