Was great, until it wasn't - Consultant NCC Group Employee Review

Thank you for your review, this feedback is really important to us. We’re glad that you were happy with the benefits provided at NCC Group and we’re sorry that your experience wasn’t all together positive. Having fixed some of the legacy issues that had been accumulating for some time, we can now build for growth and begin to restore some of the pride in being part of NCC Group. Your comments about the quality of our communications are also acknowledged and again, it’s something we’re working to continuously improve. Regarding Inclusion and Diversity at NCC Group, committees are steered by fellow colleagues and all associated events put to leadership are signed off. We’re not always able to shout about the work we do in these areas as we need to be sensitive to those involved.
