We’ve been operating in a fast changing, dynamic market and we, along with many of our peers and contemporaries in the market, have had to quickly adapt to these external market forces. At the same time, we’ve been changing our operating model from being an international but siloed regional business into a truly global team. As part of this we’ve been simplifying our communications channels and other ways of working – we’re not finished yet but we are making solid progress.
We agree with you about the focus on customers - client-centricity is a main focus of our strategy and that is underscored in our Townhalls and communications, amongst other things.
Our Leadership Team has made some fantastic appointments in recent months, and we are confident in our continued ability to attract brilliant people to our team who are leading our strategic direction and positive longer-term outlook.
