      Wasn't always a bad place to work, unfortunately, all the good people were laid off.

      Immaturity of Management. Lack of accountability and professionalism with Parent Lawfirm Barrett, Daffin, Frappier, Turner & Engel.

      Stable company that strives for excellent customer service

      Cons

      Because of the nature of the business security is extremely tight and use of cell phones is strictly prohibited. Difficult environment when coming from a different industry.

      Pros

      Pay was OK...some overtime, location in the heart of Dallas.

      Cons

      Extremely unstable, firing and layoffs every week.....zero morale. Management is never around when you need them. Too much email communication....I received dozens of emails each morning of my mistakes, yet never got assistance on them. You are SET UP TO FAIL !
