      Wasn't always a bad place to work, unfortunately, all the good people were laid off.

      Immaturity of Management. Lack of accountability and professionalism with Parent Lawfirm Barrett, Daffin, Frappier, Turner & Engel.

      This company was at one time one of the top foreclosure law firms in Texas.

      Cons

      When I was at this company, it was not about your skills but about who you knew. Those with potential were not given the opportunity they deserved.

      Family environment amongst the lower employees. Executives and c level are approachable

      Cons

      No bonus or raises for years. No effort to keep good employees. Layoffs happen often.
