Pros
good pay and good bonuses, good training, great discount (for you and direct family) and access to the sale clothing before they're sold to the public, employee portal can be accessed at home which means you can view your rota, book holiday and view your payslips online at any time. Friendly staff (in my experience), you can opt in for extra hours if you want.
Cons
You are expected to work certain times known as 'red weeks'; these weeks are unavailable to be booked off as holiday. Only a certain number of people can be made full time which means that it is likely you will only be working part-time.
