      Pros

      The best company I have ever worked for. Training, mentoring, career advancement, salary, everything exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, I feel that I’m part of a family.

      Cons

      Lengthy approval and logging procedures slow down development time. This is expected when dealing with big projects, coordinating large teams.
