Chaos and not really inclusive - Software Developer NEXT Employee Review

Very disorganised. Changing requirements and goals. Lots of virtue signalling. The internal social media team are often posting about various things such as being inclusive yet when they come to organising things, they rarely consider the wider company e.g. they organise events on specific days rather than on various days so that more people can take part and be involved. Also, no idea why they're producing a podcast series.
