Ups and downs - Developer NEXT Employee Review

The flexibility offered during COVID is being progressively rolled back without any meaningful justification. We're also forced (in some areas) to complete credit checks when applying for jobs, or for our continued employment, which I think is ethically questionable. As is common with larger companies, there is no willingness to talk about these issues either.
