      Pros

      The health insurance is great and the whole family is covered at company expense. The on-site daycare center is wonderful, if pricey (over $1200/month/child). Actual staff members (versus research fellows) get a childcare subsidy to offset the cost.

      Cons

      Budget politics are hairy and mandatory furloughs occasionally occur.
