      colleagues are nice and almost everybody works out

      less benefit since the last reorg. For example, they're cancelling the four week remote working per year. Lack of clear strategy and support

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
