Pros

Nike can be a fun place to work if you get yourself into a group of people that have been there a long time. The design teams are always putting sample clothing out that is free for anyone who wants it. I got to meet a lot of big name athletes that came through there and we did some work with EA, Rockstar and 2K Sports, so they would always send us free games. The sample sales are awesome, and you get a great discount at the Nike employee stores. The have a program called summer hours in the summer that everyone gets all their work done and takes a half day on Friday.

Cons

The pay is really low for most positions and they are very stingy with raises, even after posting record numbers in profit and sales. The only way to advance in the company is to essentially be on call 24 hrs a day and brown-nose management like crazy. Management seems to only help you if it serves their purpose, and people have a way of throwing you under the bus to make themselves look better. They have an on-campus gym, but they still charge you as much as a membership at a regular gym would cost.

Pros

This started as a summer job during COVID and extended for the next couple of years. I loved working here and in my experience had a good managers. I personally like Nike so the discount was a big perk!

Cons

The main con is pay. I was paid near minimum wage with little increase YOY. If you want to pursue corporate there are rotations that become available at the retail level, but very competitive.

Pros

Benefits are good. Pay is okay. Usually get a bonus every year.

Cons

Management is horrible. The culture inside is awful. The workers aren't great, either. They don't pay for holidays anymore, also.
