      Working in downtown, so access to food and transportation

      Feels like youre competing with fellow associates. Some rude associates/not everyone there is friendly. Boujee customers.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
