Pros
Free soup . Benefits, vacation days..,just don't try and use them around the holidays because you will get penalized for wanting to take a day or two to spend with your families.
Cons
Everything. Overworked. Understaffed. Treated like children . Constantly reprimanded for human error. Feels like we are factory workers . Everyone us absolutely miserable and the supervisors and manager do not care. We are JUST NUMBERS to them.
