Pros

- Great culture and very nice people - Huge exposure in tech / payments / SaaS - You will learn a lot of info/tools that are used in other tech companies - WFH is optional (Great if you prefer WFH) - Above average Health / Retirement package -Generous PTO - Very nice HQ office

Cons

- Belooooow market pay -High volume of work consisting of several different categories and products - workflow is heavy and disorganized (expect to wear many hats... basically all the hats but only viewed as "support") - Constant bugs/issues of the platform. (Hire better devs & PAY THEM) - Certain products are not even worked on by the devs anymore.. - Enhancements on the application take forever (constant reoccurring issues) - All eyes on profit (very tight budget low pay increases) - Lots of top management has left.

Pros

Fair Pay for labor done.

Cons

Management does not understand what the products they sell are. They are out of reach with who does what in the company. They have reduced headcount 3 times in 2 years. 20% 10% 10%. They over sell and under deliver. Selling redundant processing but the manual failover is such a long process. In some cases none existent.
