Pros
- Great culture and very nice people - Huge exposure in tech / payments / SaaS - You will learn a lot of info/tools that are used in other tech companies - WFH is optional (Great if you prefer WFH) - Above average Health / Retirement package -Generous PTO - Very nice HQ office
Cons
- Belooooow market pay -High volume of work consisting of several different categories and products - workflow is heavy and disorganized (expect to wear many hats... basically all the hats but only viewed as "support") - Constant bugs/issues of the platform. (Hire better devs & PAY THEM) - Certain products are not even worked on by the devs anymore.. - Enhancements on the application take forever (constant reoccurring issues) - All eyes on profit (very tight budget low pay increases) - Lots of top management has left.
