Toxic and cruel new leadership that has no business being in the footwear and apparel space and are all clearly suffering from imposter syndrome. An unstable culture of pushing blame and scapegoating from the ELT which has created massive anxiety and fear across all levels. Poor financial management and vendor relationships which has resulted in poor product over the last 1.5 years.
