Pros

The CEO is very compassionate and caring man. He is an exceptional leader. You get paid to work for a big tech giant.

Cons

I have never worked for a company before where I hated the people this much. Nvidia is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The company tries to be open to diversity but the workers are hostile to blacks. It is never done in the open as they will get fired. But believe me you will not get the same bonus or the same salary as every one else. Or the same treatment. I would NOT recommend working here. In the end it was not worth it.

Pros

Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

Cons

Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
