Pros
I've worked at Nadel since 2017 and really loved my experience in the company. The company is big enough where we can move up and change positions, but small enough where we have access to the company officers whenever we need. Craig is a great CEO and every time I've worked him, it's always been a pleasant experience. I've also worked closely with Debbie, their CSO/Vendor Relations/Sourcing wizard! She is extremely talented in what she does, she is creative, motivated and will teach you the ins and outs of the merchandise industry. As for the sales people, they are a fun group of peeps! To be in the promo industry, you need to be great with people, which is why everyone is so welcoming and happy. The office vibes are great and they host yearly events to keep everyone in the company connected and trained.
Cons
The only thing I could think of are the benefits once you have a family--those are not so great. But, the benefits as an employee are awesome and they match your 401k!
