Pros
Good people, overtime opportunities, easy commute for the everett area
Cons
The overtime is mandatory. Turnover is insanely high based on unyieldingly rigid attendance standards. Anyone who has a health issue requiring that they see a doctor will absolutely NOT get the time off they need with the current system. People are fired in waves and it sometimes feels like intimidation. Morale is insanely low and they try to make up for it with pizza and cake. The job itself is very complicated and is definitely NOT an entry level insurance job. Management doesn't feel like its their job to help their employees, and some managers routinely take out their life frustrations on those around them while they take helpdesk calls. People are lucky if they make it 3 months in this job. There is no real potential for raises or bonuses, benefits aren't much, and advancement opportunities are few and far between.
