Pros
Decent pay. Not amazing, but good for the area I live in.
Cons
Management - terrible, no one is on the same page, but they still micromanage every little thing. No consistency between teams or managers at all. Stability - None. I was shifted between 9 different managers under 2 different regionals with generally little to no warning and because of the lack of consistency it was nearly impossible to keep up because my job and the requirements to do it changed so drastically each time. Work/life balance - impossible. If you want to meet the ridiculous metrics and targets that they have in place, be prepared to work 60-70 hours a week for no extra money. Culture - unless you are some manager’s favorite, be prepared to be ignored and marginalized daily. They talk a big game about inclusion and support, but ignore you when you need something. I have emailed (because that’s the only way to communicate) HR at least 6 times requesting accommodation and have received zero responses. Benefits - are available, but for basic benefits for me and 1 child, is over 10% of my paycheck. Customer care - terrible. They only care about the bottom line, and every procedure and metric is about money. They couldn’t care less about their customers or their employees.
