The company is in a perpetual state of reorganization thinking each one will be the solution to their intrinsic problems only they just create more each time. Constant layoffs, hiring freezes causes chronically under staffing. Also during these periods, no job transfers are allowed. You can be stuck for a year at a time not being able to bid out, job postings disappear while exceptions are made for the chosen few. The worst of the organizations for all of this is the Finance group. Least progressive place - about 20 years behind the times. All talk when it comes to focusing on improvements, self direction, etc. Employee satisfaction is extremely low with every one you talk to. Managers lack managerial skills.
