Pros
Extremely flexible schedule, not very difficult, over all comp is competitive.
Cons
You are penalized for going over goal. You have bonus opportunity but if you beat your goal the company raises your goal (success tax). This creates an effect where if you continually hit your goal you will make less and less money each year because your salary and bonus potential doesn't increase but your goals due. Factor in inflation and rising goals and you will burn yourself out hitting higher an higher goals while making less money. Company doesn't reward experience, pays everyone exactly the same.
