Flexible schedule, and team environment. If you are lucky you may get a good manager. I've had a few over the years.
Cons
It's widely known in the Industry that Nationwide has some of the worst compensation rates. If you are coming it make sure you negotiate a great package because they will definitely low ball you.. Opportunities are very limited, its extremely difficult to go from Underwriter 1 to Sr Underwriter.
