Pros

Easy job where you can hang around most of the day, not many customers.

Cons

The management is horrendous in this company, the turnover rate between upper management and on-the-floor salespeople is insanely high as the company fails to make money in multiple stores. If you ever intend to work here, pay attention to your paystubs, as when I worked here they shorted me over 2000 dollars over the course of 6 months.

Pros

Wonderful company Amazing store No other job has provided as much education as this.

Cons

Alot of the back-end issues wouldn't exist if they had 2 people for at least one shift a day. If we are Retail/Wellness store and we need to schedule the staff like a successful retail store and not a smoke shop. Maybe not every day but even a couple days a week would show great improvement.

Pros

You will look upon this job as a wonderful opportunity to help people and make ridiculous money.... at first. You will have access to a broad variety of wellness and smoke-shop based products. If you're an underachiever, there is no accountability from management that you are actually completing your job.

Cons

Leadership is barely present and incompetent. They underutilize talent and run them out the door because they themselves have no business or leadership sense. You will never be praised for doing a good job or motivated to do better, the company culture is nonexistent. Even worse than that, they have made tremendous promises to their franchise business owners that will probably never come to fruition, leaving you stuck being the face of accountability for an incompetent CEO and slowly failing company. Fragmented training leaves no policies and procedures, making simple tasks that should take minutes drawing out into hours. Poor allocation of funds means you probably won't ever get a raise, even when leadership promises you one.- This didn't just happen to me either. Natural Life cannot decide if they are a smoke shop or a wellness store leaving them in a strange and struggling place in their own market. The CEO of the company shows up to store openings and company meetings stoned, I'm really not sure he knows what is going on half the time. No health insurance as leadership dropped the ball on the group health plan.
