I love working at Nature's Path. It is mission-based work with people who truly care about people and the planet. The P&C team is especially kind and looks out for the wellbeing of all those in the company.

I don't see any cons currently

Used to get their products for $1 each at the company. Not sure if they still do this. LOVE their products and their commitment to the environment. But they suck at managing their people.

Pure chaos. The place is run by perma-temps.
