- As we grow rapidly, there are already people in the org that are happy to come to work and collect their paycheck, letting others pick up their slack.
- Engineering is mostly led by the product team, with completely unrealistic deadlines. Common excuse is that "we're a startup", even though we are not anymore.
- We used to move a lot quicker when most of our engineering team was in one office. The time difference with other offices slows us down sometimes.
