Pros
Great, industry-leading product, smart directors and managers, fast-moving and ambitious plans. Good compensation Seems like they have the business plan and product to survive a recession
Cons
Strategy and direction change weekly, very poor company communication ESPECIALLY when big changes or announcements happen. Leadership likes to briefly skim over things when one of culture values is to lead with context. There is a reason there are no AMA-type sessions for leadership. Promotions are given out which is promising, but no clue what the process or requirements are for promotion. Management tries to set up processes to make team and company strategy more organized but it's never followed through or implemented properly. Teams are more concerned with speed and getting things out the door versus setting up processes to scale and be successful long term.
