Pros

The pay is attractive Sick Time , Vacation Time accures quickly Equipment provided Company Events

Cons

Inconsistent Hours. They give you a schedule to bid from . Then you are given that schedule..... then a few months later they tell you your hours will change due to business needs . You are expected to abide by this or leave!!!! They specialize in micro management !!! Numbers is what they care about . Your metrics is your life !!!!!!! If you don't meet your metrics... if you don't get you average hold time, average call time , getting the customers to do surveys under control .. they will have meetings with you on how to improve... then they fire you if your metrics are not up to par .... Trust me I'm not lying, get the job and see for yourself. To those that apply for this job despite my warning.... make sure you apply for full time . They spit on the part time employees and taken advantage of. I highly advise against this company. I wish I could warn thier clients to stay away too . 1 minute you are told to take care of the customer , and cater to them..... next minute you are told you are taking too long taking care of the customer.. so then you focus on speeding through the conversation with the customer.... now you are being told you are rushing the customer .... all that you are trying to do is meet your metrics ... you are told yes you are meeting your metrics but not in a healthy way...... PLEASE PLEASE find another company. I never took Mental health day serious until I worked for " Tripactions "

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
