Product is good and personas relatively easy to speak with.
Cons
Sales team is crammed in one room like a bunch of sardines. Feels like a sweatshop. They make you come into the office on Tuesdays at 8:30am for no apparent reason. As an AE, you’re really acting as your own SDR. The essence of your role is pipeline generation. You are literally spending your days cold calling and emailing. Like am SDR. If you’re not getting your own meeting you don’t have deals to work on. Quotas seem to be changing all the time. Not favorable for AEa
