Pros
- A great way to get into the tech seen, they will claim travel and expense is SO complex. It's not that hard to learn.
Cons
Cons: - They are NOT a newly started company and not a unicorn, please stop this jargon. - The company is a frat, employees get way too drunk during happy hours, and everyone drinks on the job. - There are people in roles for under 6 months who are promoted to management just because they are close with the right people which is total favoritism. -The CEO is a real nut job, thinking this company is going to be the next Apple, Google, or Tesla. - They laid off 5% of their workforce before Christmas, no press about this which makes it clear they are trying to hide the fact that they aren't making money. - They will lie and tell you about promotions and then keep you in seat due to "business need." - They have 0 DEI and 0 women, they don't care about this either without an HR or CPO. - They are PRO ISRAEL (duh) - They want an IPO but won't for years. - The quotas change monthly - there is no alignment for AE/SDRs due to the competitive nature of creating opps. - They force the current employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor to outweigh all the honest and negative reviews. - They don't take any accountability and will blame negative reviews on "bad" performers or "bad" people - All in all, I would steer away from this company, a total waste of time with false promises, and cutting costs. - The pay is low compared to the rest of the market.
