I’ve had the privilege of working with Navan for almost two years now. Like any new journey, the first couple of months were challenging—learning new processes, tools, and adapting to a new role. Through my willingness to take on more responsibilities and openly voicing my career goals to my manager, I’ve been given incredible opportunities. I’ve assisted new hires during the Runway portion of their training, become a subject matter expert in NDC, and helped colleagues refine their skills after formal training. Additionally, I’ve been able to sharpen the skills I brought to Navan while learning many new ones. Of course, there are days when things can feel overwhelming—whether it’s due to high volumes or other challenges.
