Pros
1) Very friendly environment. Feels like family. 2) Wide range of Employee engagement activities are practised. The best I have ever seen. 3) Food is excellent at H.O. 4) Design team is very experienced and strong. 5) World class manufacturing facility. 6) Office infrastructure is good. 7) Many things to learn in field of printing industry. 8) Yearly appraisal are decent enough. Average I must say.
Cons
1) Hire and fire environment. Specially at higher management level. Recent examples April'19 - 15 people were terminated from job within a day without notice period. Also one VP was made to resign in a day. 2) There is no proper direction to business functioning. 3) Lack of competent ambitious and dynamic people in teams. 4) B2C vertical is not doing great which includes Autographix, E-commerce and fleet division. 5) Marketing is poor. 6) Performance reviews is just for name sake. 7) Mail system and internal portal is very unfriendly to use. 8) No systems or S.O.P in place. 9) Promotions doesn't happen much at management level.
