Good learning for freshers till 1 year. Later same technology no new learning

Worst company. No work life balance. Management is worst . A lot of favouritism. Best company for office politics.The management does not respect your efforts and hard work , the company is full off management relatives and relatives friends . They only favour them . If you join here you have good experience of corporate understanding .Every higher senior employees act like cxo who has 0 knowledge.
