Pros
As a backend developer, NeoSoft allowed me to work on complex backend challenges. Code quality is prioritized, and mentorship from senior architects is strong. The tech stack is up-to-date and performance-driven. Apart from this, to keep the creativity at the same level, various departments organize activities on various days like fun Fridays, motivational events, so that at any point, no one, or even we, start to feel stressed.
Cons
Some projects require longer debugging sessions due to legacy systems, which can be stressful sometimes, which I think is a great way to learn real-world problem-solving.
