Pros
*Timely payment (except allowances) *Approachable seniors *Friendly environment *Get to know lot of technology/stuff in short period *Good hike if you renew bond
Cons
*Biggest con is BOND. They take 1lakh rs cheque(without date) from you on first day of joining Initial bond duration is 1.5 yrs, afterwards you can renew after each year You can get back the cheque after you leave the company *Working hours are according to client's location You are on the mercy of client for leaves If someone else is working on your name, then it will be more difficult to take leave/stay away from the headache *Developers are overloaded with multiple clients (clients should not get aware of this) *Hardly hire people above 2 yrs of exp *No proper training given to freshers *Clients are provided with freshers as senior developer *Seniors give interview to client's but freshers/low exp person work behind the scenes on his name *Manager advices developers to manage clients in any condition *Management doesn't approach you until client blames you for something or your bond of about to expire *Developers are assigned any project in any technologies if there's a need. *Resumes are faked to client's by adding projects done by others & increasing years of experience *HRs are rarely quick at work *Suggestions to seniors are rarely taken into consideration *Lot of confusion & stress when you are handling multiple clients *Notice period is 3 months Clients are not informed if you leave the company Regarding Office: *Office at Dadar can be compared to a stable. No descent space between two developers. Diseases can easily spread in such crowded office *Washroom is too small & gets crowded frequently. *Only two toilets for ladies. Ladies queueing up for using it can be seen frequently. *Vending machine is available at fixed times *Only two parking slots at Dadar office for all employees
